Info

Contestants eat fried rattlesnake on Sunday, March 10, at the 2007 Rattlesnake Round-up in Sweetwater, Texas. Each contestant is given one minute to devour as much fried rattlesnake as possible. Rattlesnake itself is a very bland meat and takes on whatever properties that are added to it. Because it is most often battered and fried, most people think it tastes like chicken.
